Cider Days Open House

Lubbock, TX– The Buddy Holly Center and Silent Wings Museum are excited to join forces and invite the public to commence the holiday season with the annual Cider Days Open House.  For the second year, to acknowledge the relationship of the Lubbock City Museums, both facilities will be offering exciting new benefits to patrons this holiday season.  The City Museums are hosting Cider Days Open House December 5 – 9, 2006 during normal business hours, listed below. 

          Visitors to either facility will receive entrance into both City Museums for the price of one admission.  Each Museum will offer seasonal refreshments, warm apple cider and holiday cheer.  Patrons are welcome to browse the vast selection of unique gift ideas in the Museum Shops, such as clothing, memorabilia, and exclusive ornaments for history, art and music lovers.  Discounts on select merchandise will be featured weekly throughout the month of December.  Buddy Holly Center hours are Tue – Fri, 10 am – 6 pm and Sat 11 am – 6 pm.  The Silent Wings Museum hours are Tue – Sat 10 am – 5 pm and Sun 1 pm – 5 pm.
