Glasses worn by Buddy Holly. These glasses were recovered from the crash site that took the life of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and J. P. (The Big Bopper) Richardson. They rested in a vault at the Sheriff's office for years before being rediscovered and returned to the family.		Buddy Holly's Fender Stratocaster, 1958 Sunburst, serial # 028228 This was Holly's last Stratocaster and was returned to his family following the final tour. The guitar recently underwent conservation by John Page, Executive Director for the Fender Museum of Music and the Arts. A  white pick was discovered wedged between the pick guard and the body of the guitar. Photographs of Holly on stage show that he would keep a spare pick under the bottom edge of pick guard.
